What it does

Four things, done properly, instead of twenty done badly.

It reads the pile

Every mailbox, not just the busy one. Attachments too, not only the subject lines.

It files the way you do

It learns the shape of your folders from what is already in them, proposes, and gets corrected. Correct it twice and it has learned.

It drafts, and stops

Nothing is sent without you. Sending is a switch you turn on, one account at a time, and it is off until you turn it on.

It never deletes

Nothing is destroyed. Anything it believes you are finished with goes to a folder that only you empty.

Where your data is

On your own machine, in an encrypted store, locked with a passphrase only you hold. There is no copy on our servers, because there is no server for it to be on.

We cannot recover that passphrase. Nobody can. There is no back door and no master key, which is the whole point. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

Two things leave your machine

A licence check, which carries no content of any kind. And whatever you send to the AI provider you chose, using your own key, under their terms. That is the whole list.

You bring your own AI key

We do not charge you for the AI and we are not in the middle of it. Choose a local model and nothing leaves the machine at all.

What it does not do

Worth saying plainly.

It does not keep your mail on our servers. We do not have your mail.
It does not send anything as you unless you have switched sending on for that account, and then only messages you have approved.
It does not delete your things. Filing is done by moving, so a mistake is something you can undo.
It has no analytics and no telemetry. Nothing is reported back about what you have been doing.
It does not charge you for the AI. You bring your own provider key and pay that provider directly. We charge for the software.
